1. About the programme

Yogurtland Rewards is the loyalty programme of the Yogurtland brand in South Africa ("Yogurtland Rewards", "we", "us"). Your membership is with Yogurtland Rewards, not with any individual store. Your stamps, rewards and vouchers belong to your membership and can be used at any participating store.

The programme runs at participating Yogurtland stores in South Africa. It is not valid at Yogurtland stores in other countries, or on third-party delivery apps, unless we say otherwise.

2. Joining

3. Earning Gold Stamps

About the minimum price. The R50 minimum is part of the programme rules and is not negotiable in store. We may raise or lower it, or change how stamps are earned, at any time. The current amount is always shown on this page.

4. Rewards

5. Bonus stamp promotions

From time to time we run promotions that give extra Gold Stamps, for example on certain dates, at certain stores, or above a certain spend. Each promotion has its own conditions, which we announce when it runs. These can include start and end dates, participating stores, the spend needed, and whether you can claim it once or on every visit.

Bonus stamps are added automatically when a qualifying transaction is recorded against your card. If you think a bonus is missing, contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We check against our till records, and they are final.

6. Welcome voucher

New members may be offered a one-time welcome voucher. It works like this:

  1. After you join, we email you a link to confirm your email address.
  2. The link works once and expires 14 days after we send it.
  3. When you confirm, we issue your voucher and email it to you. The voucher is valid for 14 days from the day it is issued. The expiry date is printed in the email.
Why the link expires. The welcome voucher is a limited introductory offer, and the link proves that the email address belongs to you. Once the confirmation link or the voucher has expired, we cannot reissue or extend it. If you don't see our email, please check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

7. Birthday voucher

As a thank-you, we send qualifying members a birthday voucher by email on their birthday. To qualify:

About the waiting period. The 7-day waiting period stops people from joining on or just before their birthday only to claim the gift. Most large loyalty programmes have a similar rule. If you join fewer than 7 days before your birthday, you won't get a voucher that year, and we don't issue one late. You will get your first birthday voucher on your next birthday.

8. Using vouchers

These rules apply to every Yogurtland voucher, including welcome, birthday, complimentary, promotional and purchased gift vouchers, unless the voucher itself says otherwise. Section 9 adds extra rules for complimentary and gift vouchers.

9. Complimentary and gift vouchers

9.1 Complimentary and promotional vouchers

From time to time we give out free vouchers. Examples are a thank-you, a goodwill gesture, a competition prize, an event or partner giveaway, or a marketing campaign.

9.2 Purchased gift vouchers

We plan to sell Yogurtland gift vouchers. When they are available, these rules will apply, along with any extra conditions shown when you buy:
